Can't answer the question definitively about this one, but if it's like Nottingham's 2, it's possibly the same thing. Check the publisher of your copy, and check the publisher of the ebay copy, as well as the pagination and publication dates, if it lists it in the ebay record. Also the ISBN. Significant differences in pages may indicate a different edition or content. Different publisher with same number of pages will make me think it's the same book under a different title. The titles are close enough that they may be the same book by different publishers.
I do see from my own copy and from the note in the RMLG catalogue that the longer title is the version we both have, published by Dover in the USA, and that it's a reprint of an edition published by a different publisher. Don't know the country of the other publisher off hand. Short of getting 2 copies together to compare, I couldn't say any further. Good luck.
