[lace] Coloured threads

Liz Ligetti in Australia has sent me some very useful info about  
Presencia/Finca threads and I've added Presencia to the list of  
coloured threads.  We get Presencia Finca lacethread and Finca Perle in  
UK but I've never seen any of the sewing thread (which I guess will be  
similar to our Sylko) or the rayons.

At the same time I checked if all the links were working and  
unfortunately the links to Caron Threads, Dansk Blomstergarn and  
Valdani were not working so I've removed them.  If anyone knows of  
working websites for these (or any other) thread manufacturers I'd be  
pleased to add them to that page.

If your system splits either into two lines it will be necessary to  
type in or cut and paste the last part part.
