Me again! Tamara, you prodded my memory about Fisher's book. That is one that I do have, and it's pretty good too. Been a while since I looked at my copy, but from memory, it has graduated degree of difficulty of patterns.
The Lavendon Collection has patterns, but not much in the way of instruction and diagrams. Most of the items have a little personal history writing to accompany them, but not all. This would be for once you got a handle on Beds.
