RE Evelynn McCain's request for how to work the lace vest. I made a flat pillow out of blue insulation board from Lowe's or a home builder's supply house. Make two the same width so you don't have to make it as long top to bottom but can use one to slip up to the other as you need to move down the pattern similarly as you do when using a block pillow. You can probably figure out how to stabalize this action. The insulation board holds pins very, very well and is a cheap alternative for working very large things.
