I second that - I have been helping Deborah Robinson to catalogue the labels 
for the LG and they have received an amazing assortment of lace, but we
still need lots more - the numbers are no way representative of the numbers of 
lacemakers in the world, so please think about sending a label in. It
doesn't have to be a complicated piece of lace - a simple braid design or an 
early sample, or a little torchon medallion (i.e. a shortened bookmark) -
a tatted  or needlelace flower, or a bit of knitted lace - anything would be 
great - just do it! Let the future generations know that YOU were a
lacemaker, and proud of it.
