Dear Friends of Lace Fairy, Our Lace Fairy, Lori Howe, has been moving into a different home. A few days ago, she tripped on a moving box, fell, and shattered her right elbow. She had four hours of surgery, and was in hospital three days. It will be some time before Lori can type, use e-mail, or work on custom orders. She needs assistance with many routine activities, which her children and friends are providing.
Lori had guests in her home this evening when she asked me (on the phone) to explain unanswered e-mails and to find someone whose e-mail name is spelled something like "zoogranma". She does not know if "zoogranma" is on Arachne. Please, "zoogranma", contact me (Jeri) immediately! I (Jeri) will be traveling away from Maine by very early Saturday morning, and I will be unable to deliver e-mails to Lori while away from home. Between this evening and Friday, May 6th, is the time to write to me with any messages for Lori. Please send before 6:00 p.m.Friday, so I can be sure they are delivered before Lori goes to sleep. Lori's family and other friends know nothing about lace and her commitments to our lace community. Please do *not* send e-mail greeting cards or attachments to my e-mail address.
