I received my class assignments as well - Attaching Lace to Fabric, and Beginning Floral Bucks - both first choices. There were so many classes I wanted to take, it wouldn't have mattered whether I got my first or fourth choices. <g> Can't wait to get to Denver - the next six weeks are going to be murder on my concentration!
I do have one question though: the floral bucks materials list has Finca 80 or 100 thread on it. Of course I don't have this particular thread so I went to Brenda's handy-dandy book, but couldn't find Finca listed. I checked the addendum (I don't have the second edition, yet), but it isn't in there, either. Does anyone know the wraps per cm, or can recommend an equivalent? I can order thread but the shipping is as much as the spool, and I'd rather not wait 'til the conference to buy from a vendor - no time to wind bobbins that way. Thanks in advance for the info.
