Hi Linda and everyone
Thank you for the details about Ulrika Lahore's book on coloured bucks
butterflies. Having decided I needed it I ordered it immediately form SMP,
here in England, and received it by return of post! Less than 24 hours after
telephoning my order.
When I received the package I was disappointed that the book was softbaked as
it cost over £19. However on opening it I was thrilled. I'm sure I will never
make any of them but it is great to see the use of colour in bucks and to see
how whe has moved the colours to where she needs them.
Thanks again for the information it was very helpful.

How are you planning to use color in Bucks point, other than for the
gimps?

In The book Butterfly and Moth - Ulrike Lahore show spectacularly how color can
be used with Bucks Point techniques. She uses Piper silks 90. For this work one
can order a pack with the correct colors from Pipers or Holly van Scriver in
the USA the details are in the book.

This is on my to do list and I drool over the pictures ever so often.
