There is only one solution sening back and waiting for one who is ok.
Sometimes it happenes that the wrong pages were bound together.

I've just received my Summer IOLI bulletin, but there's a problem with
it -
I've got pages 1 - 8 twice and pages 25-32 twice, with pages 9 - 24
missing.
Is there someone I can contact by email to get a replacement?
