Hi Lynne, In Lace (80), October 1995, p30, there is a cute garter that's an adaptation of a Jean Leader torchon pattern. It has delicate little bells worked into it.
Refer to Lace (72), October 1993, p19 for a working diagram of the bells. I'm not a bucks point person, but I have worked and adaptation of it, and once I got going, it wasn't too slow to make.
