Dear Tamara -- Try adding on a whole lot of brilliant artificial light, as the days grow shorter; that is a wellknown and usually effective remedy for SAD (Seasonal Affective Depression); and as for the "head team" and all that, try leaving a little space for those of us who disagree with you utterly about politics, by leaving the subject off Arachne where it doesn't belong.
