PBLC is Poole Bobbin Lace Circle.
I remember Pam designing this angel in 1997 when I first started bobbin
lacemaking. She was a long-established member of the very large class I
joined then, and I remember her debating with the teacher how to change the
arms so they didn't look like drooping boobs! :-)
Being completely new to lacemaking, I was in awe of how clever she was in
designing lace. Eight years later, I'm happily designing, but I still think
she's clever.
