Hi Joy and all,

I don't use wool myself, as I am allergic. Tragedy as there are so many yummy
yarns out there!

If you have a small enough amount of yarn, after the water soak, you could put
the yarn in a salad spinner and spin a bunch of water out. I saw it on the
show "Knitty Gritty" in DIY cable network in USA. I thought that was kind of
clever.

Just my two cents worth.

Happy New Year!

P.S. I finished the two sweaters I was working on. One for 4 yr. old niece and
the other for 2 yr. old nephew. Both went over big. I was told I could sell
them at the fancy kid boutiques for big money. I don't think so until I can
stop making major errors that have to become design elements. I also had to
modify nephews sweater to allow for big head by opening shoulder seam and
adding buttons to close. I know I followed those neck instructions to the
letter, but alas a modification had to save the day. Ho hum!
