Just a quick note to say thanks to all who responded to my inquiry regarding garters. I apologize that it's taken me so long to acknowledge your responses but our cable internet has been out the past couple of days. -must be all this blustery wind we're having here in Maryland! I rec'd several nice ideas of patterns and optional ways of attaching the lace to elastic or ribbon.
