Belated thanks to all who sent me info about the Anna magazine, I have not been on the computer for over a week because my husband has been taken ill and hospitalised for a sodium deficiency, so beware to all who are taking diuretics for high blood pressure, make sure that you doctor checks your sodium levels on a regular basis, we had a scary few days when he was so ill.
