I guess that the powers-that-be don't want to spoil the sense of anticipation in the reader. I agree entirely with your description of Janice Blair's stunning creation. For me (and I'm not one who very often **really** likes modern lace) it succeeded on every imaginable level. I'll look forward to seeing it again in the Bulletin.
