Hi Outi I'm in the south of Spain but about 4 hours drive from Marbella, so not much use to your friend. I suggest she goes to the Town Hall (ayuntamento) and asks if they can put her in touch with the local lacemaking group, I know there is a group there because we've met them at lace days in this area.
