There are lots of such wilde Gründe as they are called in German. Most
of them without but others with pins. I did a lot of them but I haven't
that Egger book. When you work such a ground you have to be very
careful. And if you come into the next row it must be a change too. If
you want send me a scan of the Egger thing privately and I try to
explain to you.
