I did compose a reply earlier this week, but that does not appers to
have been sent.
Regarding the lace tools:
We managed to buy some pin lifter bits from SMP lace in UK.
For the bent needle and crochet hook: my husband warms up the metal
parts in hot water and then bends them, holding them in a vice.
He has bougt some thin steel to make the pushers, but has not got around
to that one yet.
I have trawled the internet to find suppliers, but could not find any,
which is why husband decided to make them himself.
I hope these tips are of any use to you an others on the list, who'd
like to have a go.
