Mme Paulis was associated in some way (it says 'collaboratrice libre' and I'm not too sure what that means) with the Musees Royaux d'Art et d'Histoire in Brussels.
Adele, I don't have the RMLG copy of the reprint to hand - I'm up in the mountains with family until tomorrow - but I would think that it means that Mme Paulis collborated or had assistance from the Museum.
