Hi, Tamara. If you're using Appleworks database, here's what you do: Click on Organize, then on Sort records. Then click Clear. Next, on the Field list, click on the first field you want to sort by and click Move. Continue doing this until the fields are in the order you want to sort by. Then click OK. The order of the fields won't change, but they'll be sorted in the order you've designated.
