I love BUTTERMILK pancakes. Nothing better than that unless it is buttermilk waffles. My grandmother had the best recipe and when she worked briefly at a restaurant in town to make some extra cash, they became a local legend. (along with her pies) There are some places that still make VERY good pancakes and serve them. I love to go to a good restaurant that can serve to die for buttermilk pancakes...
