I spoke to Christine a year or so ago and asked her if she planned to re-issue this booklet as I was anxious to get a copy, or if she was going to update it. She replied she had no current (then) plans to do so as she has seveal other projects on hand. Telling her how much second-hand copies realised on ebay (several times the published price) didn't persuade her. Fortunately, since then, I was given a copy.
