Hi Spiders
Tania's lace is wonderful. I did recognise it as torchon, but I
wouldn't have called it simple.... maybe it's relative - you know -
the amount of time you've spent making lace is relative to how
difficult you've found it.... it's got spiders on it... and I haven't
done those yet!!
I was at our local lace society meeting last Saturday with Agnes (the
Wolds Lacemakers in East Yorkshire) and got an old copy of Lace
Magazine with a tatted spider in it!!!
I've just finished a tatted cross bookmark which I'm about to mount
onto ribbon before I send it to it's destination (a very good friend
of mine as a thankyou present). I'll post it on the web when I've done.
