Doing a google, I came up with the following:
The video of the teacup pincushion (called a Cup o'Joe pinushion by Betz
White, the designer) was only on the Martha Stewart site for two weeks
from 9th February, when it was broadcast. The designer does other
pincushions of the same type (Cup o'Joes and cupcakes cane be seen on:

Betz White has a book "The Betz WhiteCollection" of items made from
recycled sweaters being published in late 2007.
