Found this while googling for something else. It's a list of links for 
computer software for all sorts of fibre arts. It's obviously quite an old 
page because some of the links are broken or out of date (eg Lace Designer 
Gold is listed, which was superceded a very long time ago by Lace 2000), but 
there's still quite a lot to investigate if your interests extend beyond 
lacemaking.
