Greetings :) I was hoping my fellow listers may be able to offer some recommendations on the books available for Tønder lace. They are pretty pricey to obtain here and I am hoping to start off with perhaps a good general technical guide and a pattern book and build my Tønder library from there. This is the lace I have always wanted to work in and I am loving the few patterns I have been working. So I would like to get more in depth and really study it properly. Danish text is no problem - I don't speak or write all that well in Danish, but I can read it fairly well. As long as I have my trust dictionary :). I am currently debating between the books by Karen Trend Nissen and Inge Skovgaard, but I would love to hear any other recommendations. Thank you so much! Also, any other information on Tønder lace would be very much appreciated.
