I chose a paperback novel.
I tried searching by ISBN in both Abebooks for secondhand, and Amazon, and
the book details were found OK.
Then I used the ISBN for Eva Kortelahti's "Bobbin Lace with Paper Strings".
Didn't have any success with Barbara Fay, Amazon (both UK and Germany) or
Abebooks.
By typing the letters ISBN followed by a space and the number into Google,
the book was shown as being on Lacefairy's site and that of Lokk in the
Netherlands, but neither were for sale.
Bookbutler which was shown at the top of the Google results, didn't come up
with the book at all, even though they say they find books by ISBN.
