A local library or a university library may provide Inter-library Loan service to you.
Sorry Jeri, but the Western Australian Library system (all public libraries in Western Australia) does not have a copy :-( I checked their online index at www.liswa.wa.gov.au with no success. Guess it is like so many non Australian books, never gets on the shelves. If you look at their lace selection, it holds so little compared to what is available on line.
