Re blocking the sender of messages - surely it would block the whole lace digest if you did this? It would work fine for those on chat who get individual messages I think, but I for one would not want to block the whole digest. Perhaps someone with more technological skill than me can clarify this.
Perhaps 'groups' was not the right terminology when I suggested that there would be untold numbers wanting to use Arachne for their renewals, but there still are a considerable number of national organisations, which was what I was referring to. I realise that IOLI is a big organisation, but in my view that doesn't mean it has a prior right to conduct its business on Arachne, which is made up of individuals from all over the world. Sorry, I just don't see Arachne as the place for any of the lace groups/guilds/societies to conduction their business!!
