Described as vintage Danish lacemaking bobbins. Look more like thin dowel with large wooden beads to me, but I'm open to correction.
Kleinhout in Holland sell a variety of styles of Danish and other bobbins, but none look like these. They do one which is a tuned shaft and a "large black bead" on the bottom, but nothing like these.
