I had a reply from the seller of the digital downloads that are available
from the Professor's site for free. I asked why he was claiming copyright on
the .pdf files when they were in the public domain and available for free
download from the professor's site and the books were out of copyright. Took
a second enquiry, but this is the reply:
"You're so clueless, you don't even realize it. You need to grow up & quit
harrassing me. Contact me again & I'll report you to eBay for harrassment.
Circumvent my block on your ID AGAIN with another user ID & I'll report you
to eBay. They like to remove BOTH user IDs you use for violating policy. As
far as copyrights go... I pay a copyright lawyer to keep me in line with the
law. When you grow up & are a copyright lawyer... Let me know. I'll put you
in touch with mine. Until then... go find a different drum to beat. I've had
others removed from eBay for harrassing me. I'll do it again with you."
