[lace] Chantilly DVD

I'm looking at buying the Chantilly Lace DVD by Lia Baumeister-Jonker. I'd 
appreciate it if someone could let me know John and Kathy Hensel's email 
address so I can find out if I can buy direct from them - there doesn't seem 
to be a European supplier - if so, whether they take Paypal, and if not 
would a DVD from a US (Region 1) supplier play on UK (Region 2) DVD players.
