I used Geraldines book to teach myself Bucks Point and started at the beginning of the book and had lots of strips of Bucks Point lace so I made a dress, petticoat, hat and panties for a very small doll (5") and dressed them all with the pieces of lace. I was very happy with the results and it used up the pieces of lace that were no good for anything else.
