Catherine, I do hope your husband will contact both the seller and ebay
regarding your husbands copyright. Sellers shouldn't be allowed to get away
with theft.
I think copyright laws are different in the US than here. You have automatic
copyright here and it lasts until 70 years after the author's/artist's
death. In the USA I believe it doesn't last that long and don't you have to
register copyright there?
With global sales of just about everything, perhaps it's time there was one
copyright law for the whole planet, but I can't see that happening because
we wouldn't want to give up our rights for something lesser and those who
want free access to material wouldn't want the length of copyright extended
elsewhere.
Rather looks like someone's bought a badge making machine and is stealing
anything they can to put on them.
