Hello USA Arachnians, I was reminded that OIDFA is only bobbin and needle laces. The lace items needed for display would be those two kinds of lace. A few people have contacted me about sharing something to go in the display. They have been welcomed. A few more would also be welcome.
The theme is 'Lace to Wear'. That would include jewelry, as well as the more traditional collars, hankies and scarves, etc. If you are willing to share, I do need a written note with your item that has your name, lace group, type of lace and source of pattern. Also kind of thread. If I remember correctly, I was asked for this information on the items I exhibited at previous congresses. I'll print up this information neatly so you just have to make a note for me. Think about it.
