Paverpol is a product favored by members of the Textile Study Guild of NY for turning fabric into an substance of ceramic hardness. I have experimented a little with it on some pieces of lace I made for the purpose. It is usually used by artists who drape fabric and permiate the fabric with Paverpol to turn it into a sculpture. I found that it did make things pretty hard, but some of the beauty of the fiber aspect was lost. Possibly I wasn't doing it very well. Devon
