Yes, Janice....the Lace 2000 files can easily be opened and imported into Lace RXP.
There is a slight problem with the motif library....for various technical reasons which involve upgrading the grids in Lace RXP, and the method of saving a motif in Lace 2000, motifs from Lace 2000 won't automatically sit snapped to grid when imported into Lace RXP. They can be imported, but not onto the grid. Of course, they can then be dragged onto the grid and resaved....the patterns work quite OK. I have Lace 2000 on my laptop and it works fine, but then I realised I have XP not Vista. :-) Janice Janice Blair Crystal Lake, 50 miles northwest of Chicago, Illinois, USA www.jblace.com http://www.lacemakersofillinois.org/ www.landoflincolnlacemakers.com Check for class spaces, many are full. - To unsubscribe send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] containing the line: unsubscribe lace [EMAIL PROTECTED] For help, write to [EMAIL PROTECTED] - To unsubscribe send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] containing the line: unsubscribe lace [EMAIL PROTECTED] For help, write to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
