Nancy don't disappear again.

Not all of us are that knowledgeable. I think most of us with experience know a lot about one type of lace, a bit about others, and nothing at all about the rest. So we all need help from time to time - I know I do.

I've been making lace for over 10 years. I'm fine with Torchon, Bruges and free lace, OK with Bedfordshire, hate Milanese because of all the sewings, can't do Honiton because it's too fine and I break the threads, and I'm only just starting out with Bucks point - and boy! am I making a mess of some of that!

We only know what we do by asking. We've all been beginners and probably all know the mistakes you're making because we've made them (and still sometimes do).
