I got the following tip from Lenka Suchanek before attending her wire class in Spain 2002: In carpet shops you can buy a rubber like mesh to keep carpets from slipping on tiles. Put this underneath a lightweight pillow to keep it from moving. I have used this since attending that class underneath my polystyrene pillow and it works.
