I have a couple of mother and babe and mother and twins, one mother and
triplets, and one grandmother, mother and babe bobbins. All bought
second-hand through ebay.
I also had two identical mother and babe bobbins (except for the names) made
in bone for the twins, and two in wood for me to use, all with spiral
inscriptions of name and date of birth, by Roseground Supplies when my
nephew and his wife had twins three years ago.
Don't know of anyone currently making anything other than mother and babe as
part of normal output, but I'm sure you should be able to find a bobbin
maker who would do one for you.
