The afternoon before (Saturday), I realised I had forgotten to buy a bag of ice cubes for the coolbox, so when my husband returned from golf, I asked him if he would nip up to Tesco and purchase a bag, as I was busy preparing food for the following day. He returned saying that they had sold out, but never mind, we would use what we had in the ice cube trays and freeze some more. Yes, you've guessed it - we had three ice cube trays in the freezer but not one single ice cube!!!!!! The rest I leave to your imagination! I am going to forward the information about these classes on to him, as I am sure there are one or two that he would find beneficial!
