Not "plus", at least according to my dictionary; 6 pairs (legs: always 3 pairs)

It's been my experience that, whenever "linen" (without a brand) is mentioned in the European books, chances are that Bockens is the one used, especially in "odd" sizes. It seems to be the most common/easily available brand... But, as Amanda pointed out, quite often there'll be a note of what had been used, somewhere near the beginning of the book. Worth checking for it.
