I' m Argentinean living in Canada. And the answer to your question is
simple, the only lace you can find in Argentina is made in the Province of
Tucumán.It is called Randa and isn't made at the rest of the Argentina.
But you can find it in The Tucuman's House (Casa de Tucumán) in Buenos
Aires.The address is Suipacha 140
and the tel. (011) 432 20564
They sell Randa (needle lace) and other kind of folk art original from that
province.
If you want to have an advance of what you will see just visit my blog, it
