Hi, yes there did used to be a problem with a sticky dot. However when we became the Uk supplier of Finca we got them to drop it. So now it is only on the Metallic as it doesn't cause a problem on that. I would point out that as you get 900m on any reel of Finca Lace thread you actually get more length to the £1 than any other thread. Finally if you Sue would like to send me the reel I will refund your postage and give you a new reel. If any of you get a problem we would love to know as we can get Finca to put it right.
