This is where my sometimes lack of patience isn't a virtue.... I pre-ordered out of Amazon.com-Canada, since Amazon.com-USA wasn't taking pre-orders, and paid $67 (incl exchange, S&H). But the book was still SO worth it!!! I've had mine for a month, and have been careful to keep the drool off the pages.
