Mimi Dillman does live in Snohomish (as do 2 other Lacemakers of Puget Sound members) but she doesn't have a shop that I know of (she works full time in the shipping industry I believe). I don't live near enough to be familiar with the various shops there (it is some 60+ miles north of me). I'm not sure if one could google to find out or not.
