Christine Springett has published several books that have patterns for inside bangle bracelets. Her first book was "Lace for Children of All Ages". That and her next couple of books have lots of pretty, relatively simple patterns with detailed instructions (including how much thread to wind on each bobbin). Some of them are for inside bangles. More recently, she published the book "Bangle Bonanza", which is devoted to bangle patterns. I know this one is still available from lace suppliers. I don't know if the others are still in print, but they turn up used every once in a while. Robin P.
