For me, light is not a problem (I also have good lamps...) and the Mag Eyes make a huge difference when I'm working the really fine stuff... It's just the back that gives me fits!

Somehow or other there;s no trouble with spinal aches. I did find that when I sit at a "normal" height my back got tired.
