I posted recently about getting some clear shelf paper from the local dollar tree store. I also meant to post a hint that I think came from Ulrike Voelker. When you cut the film to cover your pricking, cut it about half an inch wider all round. After you have stuck your pricking onto it, you can place it on your pillow and it will hold in place, no pins required. After finishing a piece of lace I was going to mount to matt board and frame, I just placed the pricking in the position I needed and the film was still sticky enough to hold it in place while I made the appropriate sewing holes, but came away without having any problems.
I keep finishing projects but even though I have a workshop coming in June at the LACE lace day, I still feel the need to keep filling my pillows.
